Development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) Content to Improve Indonesian Teachers’ Pedagogical Competence: MOOC Technology Instructional Process

This research is motivated by the problem of low pedagogic competence teachers in Indonesia; especially West Java. Through media model pro-duced this research, it becomes a guideline and reference for implementing learning based on technology with appropriate method.
