This research is motivated by the problem of low pedagogic competence teachers in Indonesia; especially West Java. Through media model pro-duced this research, it becomes a guideline and reference for implementing learning based on technology with appropriate method. It will be very effective “teacher training” to improve quality teachers, basic teaching skills. Basic skills are one important aspects teachers' abilities. Currently, multimedia adequate used as medium learn skills, example form audio-visual or mobile applications. produce Learning Innovations Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) Video Content Teaching Skills Indonesian Teachers' Pedagogical Competence, which contains content, videos that facilitate (tutors) lecturers, how teach well.
